Tour / Group Open House Requirements
Property must be submitted via the website by the Monday before the Tour or Group Open House at 3pm
Property must be in MLS Areas: 1A, 1B, 3, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8E, 8W, DT, RN, UT, W
Property must not be listed in MLS
Property must not be "under construction"
Property has not been on the ALN Tour or Group Open House during the last 12 month
Tour minimum price - $2,000,000
Group open house min price - $1,500,000
