Terms
Member Requirements:
- Active Salesperson or Broker's License in Texas
- Payment of Participation Fee
- Properties may be submitted beginning on the 1st Friday of the month for the following month’s tour
- Properties will be confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis
- No More than 12 listings may be on the tour per month
- Guests, clients and other non-members are not permitted
- Signed listing agreement
- Not listed in MLS, properties must be removed by agent from the website if they are listed in MLS
- List price of $1,500,000 or more
- Status of listing must be maintained by listing agent*
- $600 for 1/1/2024-12/31/2024
- Dues will not be refunded or prorated for any reason
By signing below I acknowledge the following:
1) I have read the terms and conditions of participation as well as ALN Rules and Regulations and agree to abide by those.
2) I grant ALN permission to contact me via email or text for matters concerning ALN.
3) Participation Dues are for the time period listed above, due in full, and not refundable even if I chose to cancel my participation.
4) The sharing of access to austinluxurynetwork.com with anyone, including other realtors and clients, is strictly forbidden.
5) Those persons who access information on the Austin Luxury Network website assume full responsibility for the use of said information and understand and agree that the owner(s) of this site, webmaster and Austin Luxury Network LLC shall not be held liable to anyone for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies under any circumstance.
*6) ALN will impose a $100 fine for listing status violation and failing to remove a property once it is listed in MLS.
7) Austin Luxury Network, LLC is not a member of NAR or ABOR. Each member assumes responsibility for their own decision to join and share private listings.
